SHIPPING POLICY

UK DELIVERY

BonBons currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international delivery.

DELIVERY COSTS

The delivery charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is made.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard delivery will usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays or circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING

Where tracking is available, the tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, arrives damaged or appears to have been lost, please contact us at hello@shopbonbons.co.uk with your name and order number.

We will contact the delivery provider and do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

Shipping and delivery returns are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
